This project is a conversion of an existing building shell originally intended for luxury apartments that has been adapted to include a full-height passive cooling atrium, passive shading structures that break up the curved ribbon profile of the balconies and a new rooftop bar and pool with panoramic views of the city and across the river to Kinshasa.
