Mixed-use development in the heart of the diplomatic and conference centre quarter of Cameroon’s capital city, featuring 16,000 sqm of leasable commercial space in a double storey semi-exterior gallery along with 12,000 sqm of office space in the tower block above. A highly optimised structural design allows for extremely flexible phasing of the building throughout the project’s life cycle and an expressive passive shading and facade finishing system made of locally sourced terracotta panels further reduces the carbon footprint of the building and creates a modern interpretation of local craftsmanship for this flagship project.
